Chicken Teriyaki Bowl
1Tbl olive oil
1cup Broccoli
1 cup Onion-slice 2 of large onion
1 cup Carrots-cut into thin strips
2 Chicken breasts-approximately 2 lg -cubed into bite sized pieces
1 jar SEAL SAMA Teriyaki sauce

Heat olive oil in a sauce pan or wok on medium-high heat. Add sliced vegetables to hot oil, and cook until vegetables are slightly tender, and onions have softened (about 3 minutes). Add chicken pieces, and continue cooking on medium-high until chicken is cooked, but still pink (another 3 minutes). Add SEAL SAMA Teriyaki sauce, and cook until bubbly. Serve on top of a bowl of steamed rice. Serves 6-8 people.
